Siddhi Interior provides interior design and execution services including residential interiors, commercial interiors, and turnkey solutions. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on project scope, timeline, and pricing.
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are defined in the project agreement signed before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on design changes, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to keeping you informed of any changes and working to minimise delays.
All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Siddhi Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client receives a licence to use the designs for their specified project only.
Siddhi Interior provides a warranty on workmanship as defined in the individual project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
While we strive for excellence, Siddhi Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
