1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and enquiring about our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Siddhi Interior provides interior design, manufacturing and installation services including, but not limited to, modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedroom interiors, false ceilings, custom furniture and full-home interiors.
All project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which details scope, timelines, pricing and payment terms.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Initial estimates are indicative and based on the information shared during consultation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after measurement and material selection. Material costs may vary with market rates; any changes will be communicated before purchase.
4. Payments
Payments follow the schedule defined in your project agreement. Work proceeds only in accordance with the agreed payment milestones. Delays in payment may result in project schedule adjustments.
5. Warranty
We offer a 5-year structural warranty on in-house manufactured furniture and a 1-year warranty on installation work. Hardware and fittings carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water ingress, or unauthorised modifications.
6. Site Readiness
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation, including completed civil, plumbing and electrical work as agreed. Any delays caused by site readiness may extend project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, 3D renders and documentation prepared by Siddhi Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which you may use them for your own project.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Website Use

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
